Syntech Corporation is proud to provide some of the best and most effective Paramilitary units world wide. The Bravo Squads of Syntechs Paramilitary Department undergo some of the best and most developed training programs known to date.
Syntech's Bravo Squads are trained to deal with any situation effectively with little to no outside damage. Each Bravo Operative is given the best equipment and Armour available. Most of the development on weapons and armor are done in house in Syntechs Weapons Labs.

Recruitment Policy
Syntech Bravo Squad has a very strict recruitment procedure. This is in place so as to get the best quality operative available to support not only Syntech but the Bravo Squad as a whole. The Following is the Recruitment Policy for Syntech Bravo.
1. Be Mature. 2. Be Responsible. 3. what happens in house stays in house. 4. Praise in public Criticize in Private. 5. OOC we are Equal, In Character we are subject to the Whims of Syntech Corporation. 6. You get Two Strikes. After that your out.
In character Rules: 1. You screw up, learn from it. 2. You screw up to piss the Corporation off at you, we will feed you to the demons. 3. What happens in house stays in house. 4. This is a Company, the Captain is the boss, Operatives the Crew. with a bit of Military Discipline.
If you are willing to follow these guidelines the next step is to fill out the recruitment form on the Syntech Webpage, Syntech Corporation webpageThere you will find the Recruitment/Hiring page. Fill out the Form and submit it and wait. Turn over for applications can take 1 day to a week depending on how busy the Recruitment office is please be patient.
After submitting your form you will receive via email a questionaire. Fill it out honestly and completely and resubmit it to the address you received it from. Your answers will effect your recruitment. Once you have resubmitted your information you will be contacted by Syntech recruitment as to if you have been selected or not.
One important factor, READ ALL THE DIRECTIONS ON EVERY EMAIL AND APPLICATION, PROVIDE ALL INFORMATION, If you do not you will not be considered.
