"Hear ye, Hear ye. Know that the bearer of this title, CHAMPION OF THE BOOMSTICK, has proven themselves to be a scourge of the demon spawn when carrying a shotgun. Know that they are indeed one of the chosen few to bear this title, and that to be a Champion, is to be death itself unto the creatures."

For several years, the winner of the Festival of the Boomstick has been given the title Champion. To those that know of it, this is a very respected and esteemed title. It is a testement to your courage under fire, skill with the shotgun, and commitment to the art of killing.

The title is usually presented from one Champion to the next in a traditonal ceremony. However, circumstances being what they are, the Boomstick Historical Society has authrorized MarlboroMan5119 to host a Festival and name the Champion.
